Hi, I’m Kacy Andrews Messitt—the photographer and digital content creator behind Messitt Photography.

With over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry as a Film Producer and Studio Executive, I transitioned into a new role as a “Momager” (Mom + Manager) to my twins, Fox and Dashiell, known to many as the @messitttwins on Instagram/Facebook/YouTube.
For five incredible years, they starred on Netflix's hit show FULLER HOUSE and have appeared in Grey’s Anatomy, Danger Force, and various national commercials. I’ve spent the last 10 years managing their careers, building their brand, curating their social media presence, and—most importantly—capturing standout headshots to support their success.

I understand firsthand what it’s like to be a parent supporting a child in the entertainment industry. It can feel overwhelming, but setting your child up for success starts with providing them the right tools. A professional headshot is your #1 marketing tool, and I’m here to help you create images that stand out and book work.

Session Prep
Make-up
Kids don’t require a lot of make up, but you can put some foundation on them to cover any dark circles under their eyes. However I can fix blemishes, scratches, bruises and dark circles, etc in the editing process. Older girls can apply some mascara. Also please bring chapstick or something for their lips (boys and girls).
Wardrobe
It's best to use solid colors and layers. No collared shirts unless the collars are pressed. No formal wear. No jewelry. Please bring many options to the session. I’m happy to advise at no extra charge on wardrobe. Email me before with pics, if you'd like.
Hair
No bows in hair (this includes babies too). Please bring them hair ready and we can touch it up on the fly as needed. I’ll have hair spray and gel on hand, but please bring a hair brush or comb and any other product you may prefer.
